Yogyakarta and Around
Yogyakarta or Jogjakarta come from the ancient word Ayodya, on Ramayana story. The city with Surakarta is the central of Javanesse culture. The Sultan is now just  the symbole of monarchy power. The Sultan Palace, the Tamansari (watercastel), Kota Gedhe, Malioboro are some points interest of Jogjakarta city that You need to visit. And Back on the 8-9 century  around Jogjakarta city stand up the two greatest temples in Indonesia, Borobudur and Prambanan as the symbol of the golden Era of Hindu and Boudhis civilization. 
Nowdays, Jogjakarta is the main destination of  Java - Indonesia. With a wide of choise of hotels from the cheapest till the highest standart and the boutiques hotels make Jogjakrta become ideal to go around Central Java to visit Borobudur, Prambanan, Dieng plateau, Gedong songo, Merapi summit, Parangtritis beach, Imogiri graveyard royal family, solo and sukuh and Cetho temple. From Bandung You can continu your trip by Train to Jogjakarta across the countryside with the rice field panorama or You can continu by car to Pangandaran beach and Dieng Plateau in Wonosobo - central Java.

Mont Bromo and Ijen crater are the mascot of the Est Java region. There are three  acces points to visit this region: From Jogjakarta by land, by train or by plain,  from Surabaya  or from Bali.
