•    Experience  Guide (available on any language English, French, German, Dutch, Jepan, Mandarin adn Rusian)
•    Montain Guide (For trekking )
•    Hotel as stated in the program or similar in the same category.
•    Entrances fee.
•    Transfer by  Jeep for  Bromo and Ijen
•    Transfer by Ferry Java Bali.

Java Exotic Tour  program exclud :
•    International flight ticket
•    Meals and drink (except stated on the program for  trekking).
•    Personnal expens
•    Tiping for Guide and Driver and the hotels bellboys.

Before all, our concern is to give you our best service in all item: Car, accomodation, Guide, Restoran and the choise of tourist object. Our priority is to make you satisfy. And the other side We hope the coming of tourist could contribut the social and  economic developpement. WE pay all the services as We will distribut what You should have as service (as the Indonesian Labor low).  Java Exotic Tour prepare the quotation to be  more conpetitif possible. We can prepare the tour for all budget.

How to make your  Reservation ?
Your reservation is effective   after the acceptance of your 30% down payment of the total amount of the tour.  And your down payment is non-refund. The reste  70% of the total amount must be payed one month before your arrival or on arrival before starting the tour on cash money, USD or IDR

Cancelation

In a case of Cancelation by  Clients (For any raison). The 30% of down payment is non-refund.
Cancelation by the clients 8 days or more, The clients must pay 70% of the total amount of the tour price.
Cancelation  by the Clients 5 days before the arrival, The clients suggested to pay full payment o the total price.
Modification
For modification of the program tour, You can arrange with your Guide as long as the time permet or just a small modification.
For Modification of hotel, let us know to cek the room availability and the charge will be payed fully by the clients.
